To show our thanks, ITS will issue you a credit for the amount equal to the referred customers first full month bill (less any set-up fees and taxes) for every referral that becomes a *New Client.

 

The ITS Client Referral Program allows you to easily and conveniently submit customer referrals and receive a credit on your phone bill. ITS provides customers with the most reliable, value-added local, long distance, network voice and data and Internet services at competitive prices. It is so easy to participate in the Client Referral Program you should start calling all of your business associates, both friends and family members who own or manage a business to tell them today!

Which products and services are eligible for the referral credit?
Products eligible for the referral program bonus include:

 

    •T1 Circuits

    •VoIP for Business Bundles

    •Any New Client with average monthly bill of at least $300


How do I submit a referral?
Complete and submit the Referral Form. Once the referral meets the requirements (see definition of New Client below) then you will be credited the amount equal to the referred customers first full month bill (less any set-up fees and taxes).

 

*New Client for the purposes of the Client Referral Program is defined as a client that signs up for one of the eligible products or services for a minimum two-year term. If New Client leaves services within the first six months, bill credit for the amount of the referral credit originally issued will be retracted. Your credit will appear on the bill the month following the referred clients first full month bill. Due to set-up timelines, depending on the type of service provided, this could be up to 90-days beyond the original submission of referral.

 

ITS reserves the right to change or cancel this program at any time.
