Why should I use OmniTalk?
Traditional phones and traditional rates are the dinosaurs of the
21st Century. OmniTalk provides the value you want now. You’ll save
money with OmniTalk compared to traditional telephone service. OmniTalk
Unlimited allows you to make unlimited calls to the U.S. and Canada.
Take advantage of our low, low international rates. Your voice travels
over the Internet using a regular phone and our world class VoIP
technology. Our standard package includes conferencing, voicemail
and loads of premium features, like CallBlast, an intelligent call
forwarding capability.
OmniTalk sets up in
under 60 seconds! Plug our OmniTalk device into your high-speed
Internet connection - either cable modem or DSL line - hook up a
cordless or regular phone and start making calls at big money-saving
rates immediately. Enjoy those same savings and features whenever
you travel by taking your OmniTalk device with you. It also makes
a perfect second phone line.

What are the basic requirements to use OmniTalk?
You need high-speed Internet access, a touchtone phone and a OmniTalk
Device capable of transmitting and receiving VoIP. While standard
phones use an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) to do this, Omni Phones
and SoftPhones come VoIP-ready.

What shipping method do you use?
We ship to the US via tracked US Post Office delivery. For shipments
outside the US we use UPS or FedEx.

How do I cancel my OmniTalk service?
You can cancel service at any time by e-mailing us at support@omni-talk.com.
Service will stop immediately, and your next invoice will be pro-rated
up to the point you cancelled. Unlike many of our competitors, we
do not charge disconnect fees.

Will OmniTalk contact my current telephone company to cancel my
old telephone service?
No, we do not contact
your existing current telephone company. OmniTalk will assign you
a new OmniTalk telephone number that works over your existing Internet
connection, but you are responsible for making any changes to your
existing current telephone service. You can use your OmniTalk number
and your legacy telephone service at the same time, if that is your
preference.
