Will I be able to dial 411 from my OmniTalk number?

Directory assistance (411) is available for $0.99 per call.


Does OmniTalk provide 911 or E911 services?

OmniTalk is compliant with the FCC mandate to support 911 Emergency Calling services.


Can I call a 900 or 1-900 number from my OmniTalk phone?

No, OmniTalk service does not complete any calls to 900 or 1-900 numbers.


Can I use your service with my home alarm system or personal emergency response services company?

Yes, it will work simply by connecting your alarm to the OmniTalk device. However, we recommend that you keep a regular phone line for a home alarm or personal emergency response device because your OmniTalk device depends on your broadband Internet connection and electrical power. Please consult your current alarm service provider for further information.
