What
is the ITS Customer Portal?
The
ITS Customer Portal is a web-based interactive secure portal. It
has a feature rich design that was created to enhance our Clients’
experience. The ITS Customer Portal provides Clients with online
invoice viewing capabilities, access to download call detail records,
a storage repository for previous invoices, as well as a secure
area where payments can be made and managed.
Why
is ITS requesting their Clients access the ITS Customer Portal to
view their bill?
ITS
has a strategic initiative called Project GREEN! Project GREEN is
ITS' corporate contribution towards supporting a healthy environment
by becoming a paperless company by 2009.
Why
do I want to register for the ITS Customer Portal if I am already
receiving my
monthly invoice in the mail?
1.
Effective January 2008, detailed invoices will no longer be sent
in hardcopy through
the mail. In order to view your call detail, you will need to log
into the ITS Customer Portal.
2. The ITS Customer Portal allows you to save electronic copies
of your invoice on your local drive or network providing greater
usability to the printed copies you previously stored in your files.
3. You will have access to your call details and some standard reports,
you will also be able to download the your call records to your
PC for further analysis.
Will
I still receive an invoice?
Yes,
ITS Clients who have not chosen to participate in e-bill will receive
a monthly
summary invoice.
Is
there a service charge for access to the ITS Client Portal?
No,
the ITS Customer Portal is provided as a service free of charge
to ITS Clients.
What
if I want to continue to receive my detailed paper bill through
the US mail?
Effective
January 2008 ITS will charge a nominal fee of $7.50 per month to
process and mail a detailed paper bill.
How
far back are my invoices stored on the ITS Customer Portal?
A
history of your ITS invoices since November 2006 are available.
What
happened to the CD I use to receive that contained my call records?
The
Electronic Management Report CD that we use to send has been replaced
by the ITS
Customer Portal. All the information that was available on the CD
is now available on the ITS Customer Portal. Notifications of this
change were sent out with the CD in November and December of 2007.
Why
do I need to provide my email information to ITS?
ITS
will use the email address to communicate ITS related information.
If you sign up for e-bill, ITS will send you an email reminder every
month when you bill is ready to view at the ITS Customer portal.
Will
ITS use my email for other purposes?
ITS
may send periodic email communications regarding changes to their
account or how ITS does business. ITS will also send periodic information
to Clients about new products and services that may help their business.
ITS will never sell its customer’s information and will NOT
use customer’s information outside ITS.
What
is ITS’ privacy policy regarding email addresses?
ITS
is happy to have you as a customer, and since we want to keep you
all to ourselves, we promise to never share your email address with
anyone, ever.
When
is the ITS Customer Portal Available?
The
ITS Customer Portal is available 24/7. ITS will provide product
support via Client
Services during the normal support hours, Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
Can
I pay my ITS invoice at the ITS Customer Portal?
Yes,
various secure on-line payment methods are available via the ITS
Customer Portal.
Will
I see my unbilled usage on the ITS Customer Portal?
You
can view unbilled long distance, toll free and international calls,
however local call
details are not available.
What
information does ITS provide in the Call Detail file?
The
Call Detail file provides customers with useful information for
tracking and reporting purposes. In addition, you will be able to
export the data into Excel for further manipulation and reporting
purposes.
How
long will it take before an invoice is available on the ITS Customer
Portal after
each billing cycle?
Once
you receive the notice that your invoice is ready, once you login
you will be able to view your invoice.

How
safe and secure is the ITS Customer Portal?
The
ITS Customer Portal utilizes the leading state-of-the-art security
technology. It provides data encryption, authentication, policy-based
access control and digital signatures to ensure our customer information
is safe and secure.
Do
I need to enable cookies on my computer?
Yes,
you will need to enable cookies on your computer before you can
successfully log into the ITS Customer Portal.
How
will I receive the call detail records if my company firewall blocks
email attachments from outside sources?
For
safety and security, customer’s usage detail records will
NOT be sent via email.
Instead, customers will receive a notification when the file is
available for viewing. By clicking the link within the email, you
will be taken to the login screen of the ITS Customer Portal where once logged in, you will be able to access
your secure information.
Can
I have multiple user login the ITS Customer Portal?
Yes,
multiple people can have access, however in order to set people
other than the main contact up, you will need to follow the instructions
for registering which can be found at the top of the page at www.itstelecom/register.html
